Farmio is an innovative, high-growth B2B agri-food platform streamlining supply chains by connecting farm-fresh producers directly with local food and beverage (F&B) establishments. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Part-Time F&B Sales Representative to join our team in Downtown Tanjong Pagar.
This role offers exceptional flexibility, making it the perfect opportunity for energetic freelancers, students, or hospitality professionals looking to maximize their earning potential during flexible hours. In this role, you will lead our local expansion by introducing Farmio's digital supply solutions to cafes, bars, and restaurants. In addition to a competitive base, you will secure high recurring commissions on the accounts you manage, paving the way for sustainable, compound long-term income.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, pitch, and onboard prospective F&B merchants (cafes, restaurants, food groups) in the Tanjong Pagar and Central Region.
- Demonstrate the Farmio platform, illustrating how our solutions optimize purchasing costs and fresh produce procurement.
- Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and procurement managers.
- Achieve flexible weekly and monthly account acquisition targets with complete autonomy over your schedule.
- Gather market intelligence and merchant feedback to help the operations and product teams improve the user experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide basic post-sales support to secure consistent, recurring monthly orders.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B sales, direct field sales, lead generation, or restaurant operations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore food & beverage landscape, particularly in the Central business district.
- Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to build fast rapport.
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working independently without close supervision.
- Highly comfortable using mobile applications and showcasing digital technology to merchants.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a target-driven, resilient attitude toward business development.
