- Warmly greet guests, assist with seating, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide detailed information on our specialty Korean dishes, particularly Samgyetang, and beverage options.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Clear tables efficiently, reset dining areas, and maintain an impeccable level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback politely, striving to resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or credit card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure seamless dining operations and a positive team environment.
Kualifikasi
