Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance and investment products.
- Explain complex insurance concepts in a simple and understandable manner to prospective clients.
- Attend regular virtual training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and policy management services to clients.
- Proactively generate leads and expand your professional network within your community.
- Ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are met with high ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Candidates with no prior experience in financial services are highly encouraged to apply; we provide full training.
- A minimum of 2 years of college education or a degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A resilient mindset with a genuine desire to help others secure their future.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools and video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Must be a resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas.
