Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial needs analysis for prospective clients to identify their protection and investment requirements.
- Present and explain Pru Life UK's insurance and investment products in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
- Attend regular training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Process insurance applications and manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, including claims assistance and policy inquiries.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience in insurance or financial services is required — we provide comprehensive training!
- College graduate of any 4-year course is preferred but not required (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses a high level of integrity.
- Must be willing to study and pass the Insurance Commission (IC) licensure exam.
- Must have access to a stable internet connection and a conducive workspace for work-from-home setup.
- Residents of Santa Maria, Bulacan, or nearby areas are preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
