Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct financial needs analysis for prospective clients to identify their protection and investment requirements.
  • Present and explain Pru Life UK's insurance and investment products in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
  • Attend regular training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Process insurance applications and manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service, including claims assistance and policy inquiries.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • No prior experience in insurance or financial services is required — we provide comprehensive training!
  • College graduate of any 4-year course is preferred but not required (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses a high level of integrity.
  • Must be willing to study and pass the Insurance Commission (IC) licensure exam.
  • Must have access to a stable internet connection and a conducive workspace for work-from-home setup.
  • Residents of Santa Maria, Bulacan, or nearby areas are preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
