- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders
- Create a welcoming and clean environment for customers by maintaining the coffee shop's appearance
- Stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, brewing techniques, and coffee varieties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
