With a presence in over 30 countries and a global community of 200,000 students, we are revolutionizing how children learn entrepreneurship and financial literacy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher and Business Consultant to join our pioneer team in Jakarta Barat.
In this role, you will not just be teaching; you will be mentoring young minds, facilitating interactive business simulations, and empowering children to turn their creative ideas into reality. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-energy, engaging educational programs focused on business, entrepreneurship, and leadership for children.
- Act as a mentor and business consultant to students, guiding them through practical business projects and problem-solving exercises.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and interactive simulations that promote critical thinking and financial literacy.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and developmental goals.
- Collaborate with the global Business Kids team to implement and adapt curriculum modules for the local market.
- Participate in community outreach and promotional events to grow the Business Kids presence in Jakarta.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or youth mentorship is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and effectively engage parents.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required to deliver the international curriculum.
- A creative mindset with a passion for entrepreneurship and business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex business concepts in simple, child-friendly terms.
- Flexible availability to accommodate part-time or full-time scheduling requirements.
