Join Boomering Inc. as a Part-Time Healthcare Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist. We are seeking a confident and conversational professional to support our expanding patient-focused audiology practice. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential patients, handling inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to convert these leads into confirmed appointments, ensuring that our audiology specialists can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Working from the comfort of your home, you will manage patient schedules, answer questions regarding hearing health services, and maintain a high standard of customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails from potential patients with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Schedule audiology consultations and hearing tests into the practice calendar.
- Explain services, products, and treatment plans clearly to callers.
- Answer patient questions regarding insurance, pricing, and availability.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and unconfirmed appointments to maximize booking rates.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, conversational demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Must be available to work the AU Shift (Australia Time Zone).
- Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is highly preferred.
