Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities such as soap and shampoo.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain an immaculate appearance.
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries in guest suites and public spaces.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them promptly.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
