Tanggung Jawab
- Scoop and serve premium ice cream products to customers with precision and speed.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area and food court.
- Ensure the display cases are well-stocked, organized, and attractively presented.
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as required by the shift supervisor.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat visits.
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly to ensure a safe environment.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 16 years of age and eligible to work in Singapore.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Enthusiasm for ice cream and a passion for customer service.
