Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through networking and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Explain complex insurance and investment products in a clear, accessible manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent service.
- Attend virtual training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and product enhancements.
- Manage client documentation and ensure all applications comply with company standards.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and performance goals provided by the agency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum educational attainment of Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
- No prior experience in insurance or sales is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/work-from-home setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping people achieve financial security.
- Possess a reliable computer and a stable internet connection for virtual client meetings.
