Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct virtual financial needs analysis (FNA) to understand client goals and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions.
- Promote, market, and sell Pru Life UK's comprehensive portfolio of life insurance, health, and investment-linked products.
- Build and nurture a strong, loyal client base through excellent customer service, networking, and regular follow-ups.
- Develop and execute a personalized business plan to effectively manage your time and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Actively participate in ongoing virtual training sessions, team meetings, and company events to enhance your skills.
- Ensure full compliance with all Insurance Commission regulations and Pru Life UK's ethical standards and procedures.
- Efficiently process policy applications, manage renewals, and assist clients with claims procedures from start to finish.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a resident of Antipolo City, Rizal, or a nearby area (e.g., Pasig, Cainta, Taytay, Marikina).
- College graduate is an advantage, but undergraduates, fresh graduates, and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience in insurance or sales required—comprehensive training and licensing support will be provided.
- Willing to take and pass the Insurance Commission (IC) licensure exam to become a fully licensed financial advisor.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop or smartphone and a stable internet connection for working remotely.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, integrity, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
