We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Insurance Agent with a flexible Work From Home (WFH) setup. No prior experience in insurance is necessary as we provide complete training to equip you with the skills to succeed.
As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their protection needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. This part-time position allows you to balance work with your personal commitments, making it perfect for students, parents, or anyone looking for a secondary income stream.

Tanggung Jawab
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to present insurance products
- Assess clients' financial and insurance needs to recommend appropriate policies
- Explain policy terms, coverage, and benefits to clients clearly
- Process insurance applications and maintain accurate client records
- Provide ongoing customer service and support to existing policyholders
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, internet, MS Office)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to undergo mandatory training and licensing process (if required)
- No prior insurance experience needed – fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be comfortable with sales and client interaction
