Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential clients through various virtual channels to introduce insurance products.
- Conduct online consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain policy terms, conditions, benefits, and exclusions clearly and transparently to clients.
- Assist clients with the accurate completion and submission of insurance application forms.
- Manage your own schedule effectively to achieve sales targets and client follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend virtual sales training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and policy retention.
Kualifikasi
- No prior insurance experience required; full hands-on training will be provided.
- Must be willing to undergo pre-licensing training and pass the Insurance Commission (IC) exam.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent (SHS graduate). College degree is an advantage.
- Must have a reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection for WFH duties.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Residing in or willing to be based in Pampanga, Central Luzon is highly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
