Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and manage leads to secure new insurance policies.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Computer literate with reliable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
