Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and generate leads through virtual networking and referrals.
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client financial needs and risk profiles.
- Present and explain insurance policies (life, health, non-life) to potential clients.
- Process insurance applications, payments, and policy issuance accurately.
- Maintain and manage a systematic pipeline of clients using CRM tools.
- Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients, assisting with claims and policy changes.
- Attend weekly virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Kualifikasi
- No prior insurance experience required—we provide full training.
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (College graduates are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop and a stable internet connection (WFH set-up).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willing to undergo mandatory insurance licensing training (sponsored by the company).
- Resident of Quezon, Calabarzon or willing to work in this time zone.
