Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial objectives.
- Promote and sell various insurance products (life, health, property) to individuals and families.
- Explain policy terms, coverage, conditions, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Process insurance applications, handle documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide ongoing customer support and assist with policy renewals or claims.
- Meet individual and team sales targets in a part-time capacity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members via virtual meetings and training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- No prior sales or insurance experience required — full training and mentorship provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work productively from home.
- Basic computer literacy and a stable internet connection.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Residence in or near Pasay City is preferred but not required (occasional onsite meetings may be requested).
