Tanggung Jawab
- Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce insurance products.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans (life, health, or general insurance).
- Explain policy terms, coverage, and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist clients with application forms and ensure accurate submission of documentation.
- Maintain a detailed log of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks set by the manager.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Provide after-sales support, including policy amendments and claims assistance when needed.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma; college graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience in insurance or sales required—training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with messaging apps and email.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or have valid work authorization in the Philippines.
