Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct virtual meetings with clients to assess their financial and insurance protection needs.
  • Present, explain, and recommend suitable insurance policies (life, health, and non-life).
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, premiums, and claims processes.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in mandatory virtual training sessions and weekly team huddles.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and generate referrals.
  • Comply strictly with all insurance industry regulations and company ethical standards.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate (College degree is an advantage, but not required).
  • No prior work experience in insurance is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must be willing to take and pass the Insurance Commission licensure exam (free review and support given).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Must own a reliable laptop or desktop computer and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Highly self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including some weekend availability if needed.
