Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and ethical advice to potential clients regarding various insurance products.
- Identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions to fit their financial goals and lifestyle.
- Process policy applications, payments, and renewals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets in a part-time capacity.
- Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions using CRM tools and software.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly virtual team huddles and ongoing product training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma (KS4 or equivalent). College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- No prior work experience required. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Must have a reliable personal computer or laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection for the WFH setup.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (full support and allowance provided).
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Can work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision while hitting targets.
