Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and generate leads through referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Conduct virtual client consultations to assess financial needs and insurance goals.
- Present and explain insurance products (Life, Health, Non-Life) to potential clients.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and processing insurance policies.
- Provide ongoing customer service and support, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (College level is an advantage but not required).
- No prior experience in insurance sales is needed - comprehensive training provided.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms, and basic office applications (Google Suite, MS Office).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently from home.
- Willing to undergo the process of securing an insurance license (training and exam support provided).
- Applicants must be based in or willing to report to Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila for initial onboarding.
- Requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
