Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct virtual meetings and phone consultations to assess client financial needs and goals.
- Present and explain a variety of insurance products (Life, Health, Non-Life) to potential clients.
- Process policy applications, manage renewals, and assist clients with claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance industry trends and product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead management.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High) or equivalent; College degree is an advantage.
- No previous insurance experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to undergo training and secure an insurance license (if required).
