Tanggung Jawab

- Present and explain insurance products, policies, and coverage options effectively.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and necessary documentation accurately.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- No prior insurance experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of residency in the Philippines.
