Tanggung Jawab
- Reach out to potential clients via various channels (phone, email, social media) to generate sales leads.
- Explain complex insurance policies and benefits to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Assist clients in selecting the best insurance plans that suit their needs and budget.
- Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations regarding insurance sales.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, MS Office, and CRM tools).
- Must be willing to undergo training provided by the company.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for the WFH setup.
