- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through our CRM system.
- Attend virtual team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and product changes.
- Provide exceptional support to existing policyholders regarding claim queries and policy updates.
Kualifikasi
