- Educate prospects on various insurance products and financial protection plans.
- Conduct professional virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and track progress through our digital management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent effort and effective negotiation.
- Attend weekly virtual team syncs and ongoing professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; we provide full, comprehensive training.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; college level or degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Tagalog).
- Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer/laptop for work-from-home operations.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

- Resident of or near Pateros, Metro Manila (preferred, but not required for WFH).
