Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct professional consultations with prospective clients to assess their financial needs and insurance goals.
- Present and explain customized insurance products and policies tailored to individual client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company CRM tools.
- Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent time management and self-motivation skills to thrive in a remote working setup.
