Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
- Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and recommend suitable plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document all client interactions and policy details in the CRM system.
- Attend weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to undergo training; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a computer.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively from a home office.
- Must be based in Davao City or willing to work within the region.
