Tanggung Jawab

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client insurance requirements.
- Present and explain insurance products clearly to prospective customers.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing policyholders regarding their coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
- Attend virtual training sessions to stay updated on product features and sales techniques.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by the company standards.
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- No previous experience in insurance or sales is required; we offer full training.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino (both written and verbal).
- Reliable internet connection and a conducive work-from-home environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a high level of self-discipline.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and social media usage.
- Must be able to commit to the required part-time hours per week.
