Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking and social media engagement.
- Conduct professional consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.
- Prepare and present clear, compelling insurance proposals and policy benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity targets and performance KPIs.
- Attend virtual training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term trust and rapport with policyholders.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all candidates; no prior insurance or sales experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote/WFH environment.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or computer.
- A proactive, resilient, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (Email, Zoom, Social Media).
