Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking and social media channels.
- Conduct professional virtual consultations to assess client insurance and financial needs.
- Present and explain insurance products clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Document client interactions and update lead management systems accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all candidates; no prior insurance or sales experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Must possess a reliable computer or laptop and a stable home internet connection.
- High level of self-discipline, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward challenges.
- Must be a resident of or located in Cabanatuan City or nearby areas.
