- Present and explain various insurance products clearly and effectively.
- Maintain an organized database of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings, training sessions, and coaching workshops.
- Meet personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the quarter.
Kualifikasi
- Open to all educational backgrounds (High School diploma or College degree).
- No experience required; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Stable internet connection and a conducive, quiet home workspace.
- Basic proficiency with computers, mobile applications, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
