Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients through lead generation and referrals.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain insurance product benefits.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies to ensure financial protection.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to provide exceptional service and support.
- Prepare and process insurance applications and relevant documentation accurately.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product features and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a conducive workspace for WFH setup.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools.
