Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients within your network and online communities.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner for potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to provide exceptional after-sales support and policy updates.
- Attend virtual team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Prepare and submit accurate client documentation and reports in a timely manner.
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the branch.
Kualifikasi
