- Identify and prospect new potential clients within your network and online communities.
- Conduct professional presentations and explain insurance products clearly to prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders to ensure excellent service.
- Assist clients in navigating insurance applications and documentation.
- Meet individual performance targets and KPIs set for part-time agents.
- Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Open to candidates with no prior experience in the insurance or sales industry.
- Possess a reliable laptop or computer and a stable internet connection for WFH tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve monthly targets.
- Residing in or near Tarlac is preferred but not required for this remote setup.
