Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and risk profiles.
- Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, accident, non-life) in a clear and compelling manner.
- Manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate policy records and timely follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of referrals through networking and client engagement.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate actively in mandatory training, team huddles, and professional development sessions.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims, and renewals.
- Adhere strictly to all industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (College graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- No prior insurance sales experience is required; full training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, smartphones, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Resident of Sampaloc, Metro Manila, or nearby areas for licensing processing requirements.
- Willingness to take and pass the required insurance licensing exam (review and support provided by the company).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others achieve financial security.
