Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and engage potential clients through phone calls, video calls, and digital platforms

- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs and budget
- Process applications, documentation, and policy renewals accurately
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Document all customer interactions and maintain updated records
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students are welcome to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer skills and comfortable using digital tools
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
