Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sales presentations and explain insurance products to potential clients via phone and email.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective follow-up strategies.
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
- Attend mandatory online training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and transaction records.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the Philippines.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a functional computer or smartphone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to undergo training and learn new skills.
- Must have a valid PRC ID (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level).
