- Manage and maintain company IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and network maps

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or Network Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical support to non-technical staff
