Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs, floor plans, and site layouts.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site measurements and research local building codes and regulations in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
- Update project documentation and maintain organized filing systems for design files.
- Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field of study.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or drafting (junior level acceptable).
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion).
- Strong understanding of building materials, structural principles, and spatial design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while meeting strict deadlines.
- A strong portfolio of previous architectural projects is required.
