Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the culinary team in daily food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and peeling ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage the proper storage and labeling of food items to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning of workstations.
- Support with dishwashing and sanitizing kitchen utensils and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Follow specific recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent meal quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent culinary training.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality role is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
