Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging lectures and seminars on Chinese creative writing techniques and literary analysis.
- Develop comprehensive course syllabi, reading lists, and assessment criteria aligned with university standards.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback on student assignments, essays, and creative projects.
- Mentor and guide students in their creative writing endeavors, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the academic life of the School of Humanities by participating in departmental meetings and academic events.
- Grade exams and assignments in a timely and fair manner, maintaining high academic standards.
Kualifikasi
- A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Chinese Literature, Creative Writing, or a closely related field.
- Strong command of the Chinese language, both written and spoken, with a demonstrable portfolio of creative writing.
- Proven experience in teaching or lecturing at the university level is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse student populations.
