Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials for undergraduate finance courses according to the NBS curriculum.
- Develop and update course materials, including slide decks, case studies, and assessment rubrics.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions that encourage critical analysis and student participation.
- Grade assignments, mid-term examinations, and final projects, providing constructive feedback to students.
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students during scheduled consultation hours.
- Collaborate with module coordinators and faculty members to ensure consistency and quality in learning outcomes.
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement with financial concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (PhD is highly preferred).
- Strong professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, or financial advisory.
- Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level or a track record of delivering professional corporate training.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, quantitative methods, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Commitment to the values of diversity, inclusion, and academic excellence within a multicultural environment.
- Ability to utilize modern educational technology and learning management systems (LMS) effectively.
