Part-Time Lecturer in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in mechanical and aerospace engineering subjects
- Design, update, and enhance course materials including syllabi, assignments, and assessment rubrics
- Evaluate and grade student performance through exams, projects, and continuous assessments
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Collaborate with full-time faculty to ensure curriculum alignment and academic quality
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and academic committees as needed
- Integrate industry insights and emerging technologies into teaching practices
- Support the development of online and blended learning resources
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated university-level teaching experience, preferably in a research-intensive environment
- Substantial industry experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering sectors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds
- Proficiency in modern educational technologies and learning management systems
- Strong commitment to academic integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Professional engineering certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is an advantage
