Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials for undergraduate/postgraduate business courses
- Develop curriculum-aligned course materials, assessments, and learning resources
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students through regular consultation hours
- Contribute to program development initiatives and academic committees
- Incorporate industry best practices and contemporary case studies into teaching
- Utilize digital learning platforms and educational technology for hybrid teaching
- Adhere to NTU's academic policies and quality assurance standards
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in relevant business discipline (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of tertiary-level teaching experience
- Industry expertise in business administration, finance, or related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills with student engagement focus
- Proficiency in educational technology and LMS platforms
- Ability to develop innovative teaching methodologies
- Cross-cultural teaching experience in international academic settings
