Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Mandarin language curriculum for elementary students
- Conduct interactive lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and maintain accurate records
- Create engaging classroom activities that promote language retention and cultural appreciation
- Collaborate with teaching staff to align Mandarin instruction with school-wide learning objectives
- Communicate student progress and achievements with parents/guardians
- Prepare and utilize teaching materials including visual aids, digital resources, and cultural activities
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency with excellent pronunciation
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or related field (or equivalent certification)
- Previous teaching experience with elementary school students preferred
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage young learners
- Creative lesson planning abilities incorporating games, songs, and interactive methods
- Patience, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for language education
- Availability to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Basic computer skills for digital teaching resources
