Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality, engaging Mandarin classes via video conferencing platforms.
- Prepare lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and proficiency levels.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and constructive feedback.
- Facilitate interactive language activities, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Incorporate cultural insights into lessons to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with students and management regarding schedule updates and academic queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 certification preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching Mandarin, especially in an online or remote setting.
- Strong command of digital classroom tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, ClassIn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Must possess a reliable internet connection and a conducive remote teaching environment.
