Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to student needs and curriculum standards
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans covering algebra, geometry, and other mathematical concepts
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare students for examinations and standardized tests
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and academic goals
Kualifikasi
- Strong passion for mathematics and teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
