Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons aligned with the Senior High School curriculum requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student creativity and artistic risk-taking.
- Assess student performance through both formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize and conduct extracurricular music activities, including school concerts, recitals, and production rehearsals.
- Maintain equipment, instruments, and music resources to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate musical concepts into interdisciplinary projects.
- Stay updated with contemporary music education methodologies and international standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably within an international school or reputable music institution.
- Proficiency in at least one primary instrument (Piano, Guitar, or Voice preferred).
- Strong understanding of music theory, history, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students aged 15-18.
- Passion for working in a multicultural educational environment.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and support individual student needs.
