Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver interactive English lessons tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Create comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials that align with educational standards.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations to provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities to contribute to the school community.
- Utilize educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably in a classroom or tutoring setting, is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation and grammar skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students of varying ages.
- Patient, creative, and passionate about inspiring the next generation of learners.
- Available to work on a contract basis for the specified duration.
- Valid teaching certification (optional but highly desirable).
