As a Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are processed, handled, and prepared to the highest standards. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, work efficiently within a team, and maintain high standards of workplace safety and accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for distribution according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure goods are free from damage and meet packaging requirements.
- Accurately document inventory movements and assist in stock counts as required.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily production and distribution targets.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned by the logistics supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, packing, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting light to medium loads.
- Basic proficiency in English to follow safety guidelines and operational instructions.
- Must be able to commit to the full one-year contract duration.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.
